Thank you so much for these fantastic photo’s – Sealed for us of the one of Brandon laughing the next day on his first Coast Spa Vantage experience.

we arrived with Elite Niagara 55 already dollied up at the cab end of Spafix’s flatbed, the safest way to travel the two half sisters’ Journey & Niagara (Journey is exactly Niagara albeit without the Infinity Edge of her big beautiful sister Niagara!). Arriving at 2pm, I had to do a quick run to the local C.E.F, City Electrical Factors to pick up some 6mm 3 core armoured cable, as on arrival it transpired cabling left for us was not the correct spec.. by the time I returned teamwork was already underway, no hiab this time, but a tight corner & 2′ step up onto decking, not a problem as Bill had arranged for ramping, it was tight yet once again with Darren (Spafix’s MD) in the driving seat & Ady as anchor man, plus myself & a few other ‘strongmen’ negotiating the incline with 45 degree angle went off like clockwork, manouvering the voluptuous favorite spa of mine, Cascade Niagara into her ‘place’ involved a couple of gentle ’backwards-bumping’ done by Darren so expertly it was over before we knew it & she was ‘there’.. finally.. Bren’s face to see her in silver Coast Spa Manufacturer wrapping insitu is a picture I will never forget.

This lovely lady had cooked us all delicious casserole & apple pie to make sure we stayed warm & fed! With the wrapping coming off the beautiful Niagara in Black Opal & Grey Vinyl was revealed & very proud owner promplty removed the ‘Made in Canada by Coast Spas Manufacturing Inc” & duly stuck it on the outside front panel…. I smile as I write this, we are passionate at the build quality of these spas from Canada & to see a South Coast Spas Customer do this overwhelmed me with pride! Princess meanwhile found the balls in the garden then headed off indoors with Bren to lay infront of the fire! Low water pressure meant it took longer to fill than usual, so we took advantage of this and sat down for Bren’s home made casserole & a glass of Champers no less! Apple pie & custard gone.. out went Darren & Ady to complete initialization & spa lights on chemical training carried out, child locks applied, steps insitu (bespoke made by my parnter Tim Dunning to order), Spafix headed off home & I enjoyed some time with Bill & Bren as it is their 25th Wedding Anniversary the next day.. by which time this beautiful spa will be ready & upto heat, music, camera, lights ACTION! A very very Happy Silver Wedding Anniversary Bill & Bren from Kay, Tim, & Spafix..

Two stunning xmas wrapped girls, Niagara dollied up at the cab end of Spafix’ flatbed & half sister Journey Curve on the rear as she was to be first off ! 6am set off from our base in Hampshire with to carry out a very emotional installation to a long time friend of Kay’s who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis, a young Mum, Kristie & her partner Rob have a gorgeous little girl called Ava, a minni blond bombshell who insisted on having a Curve model esp for the 2′ lit waterfall! We set off early with Hiab arranged to be onsite at 9am, access into Rob & Kristie’s garden was restricted & being adjacent to the road a crane was not necessary. Rob sourced a local company to meet us at 9am, Spafix true to form with two-up on the flatbed, were on site & with the Journey already chocked up the strops easy to slip under, up she went over & down! Done!

Kristie & Kay had lots to chat about whilst Spafix’s MD Darren Waters & Ady began installation. Being so cold, topside was reading ICE, not a problem as we already had plenty of hot water to add near the Monster Skimmer, in no time at all, we were up to 6.5 degrees. Little Ava played with our mascot, ‘Princess’ (our whippet who joins us for some installs!). by midday we had finished, Temp reading 7.5 degrees on topside, the Elite Topside was very easy for Kristie to operate & with chemical training done, we had to go.. little Ava eventually released Princess & both Spafix & I left to Install Nr. 2 of the Day.. Tonight 14th Dec, Kristie & Rob have called me to say they had already been in at 38 degrees & little Ava loved it! (& we received a testimonial from Rob who asked to let CEO Don Elkington in Canada know how happy they are, already on our Customer Testimonials here & forwarded to Don in Canada) I am sure Kristie, Rob & Ava will have a lovely Xmas this year & we hope our Journey Curve will help to alleviate the symptons of Kristies’ Multiple Sclerosis & I know it will help Robs’ Insomnia, as the worlds worst Insomniac since I quit riding, Spas are the best therapy……….. Enjoy your Xmas guys & like us New Years Eve will be in a South Coast Spa! Party On!

Coast Spas, blog has all the latest news! & it’s no great surprise to us they won the title ‘Best New Spa Design’ http://ecocleanhottubs.com/coastspas/?p=38

Please visit this link If you would like to see the official photos from the Las Vegas launch of The Phantom & read about the award to Coast Spas, Canada for their innovation & design of this ‘beauty’ The Phantom on Coast Spas Blog :-http://ecocleanhottubs.com/coastspas/?p=38

I had the privilege of being ‘up close & personal’ with the Phantom whilst visiting Don’s French Dealer’s stand showing some of his gorgeous show stock at the Lyon Expo-Euro Swimming Pool & Spa Show last month, a massive exhibition bursting with manufacturers & the entire time the Coast Spas stand was packed with interested parties. Don & Sean were both working the stand & speaking French, (sadly I speak Dutch instead or I would have gladly assisted with the walk-ins!) This is where the Cascade Phantom was on show alongwith her bigger sister Cascade Niagara, Lanai Soundwaves fully loaded in Oyster pearl and many more models from the range including the baby, Tublicious two seater! Suffice to say I fell in love at first sight with Phantom, & did not need seducing! Her conformation is just PURR-FECT, beautiful lines & smooth curves all over with lit valves slid over the edge ensure this is the most Expressive spa I have ever seen, her big sister Niagara was also on display & if you ask me which one I would have the answer is simple…… BOTH! Niagara Monday to Fridays & Phantom for the weekends!

Health & Safety has to be paramount, yet the challenges of such I just LOVE to overcome; it’s a long story so, a picture tells a thousand words as the old adage goes, My Thanks & appreciation go to Phil Tooze of Bob Francis Crane Hire, whom I called only last Saturday & he confirmed a 45ton would not make it to the property without damaging mains/sewer pipes & Mike from Anglesey Scaffolding whom Phil put me in touch with to bridge over a 15′ drop & we had to board the gravel pathway making sure she didn’t sink! & all Thanks to Angela & Robert for allowing us to make these arrangements & trust us, once in place there Niagara they purchased unseen from us, would be insitu where they wanted in moments! It was;- “Just Like That!”
