I am exceptionally proud my brother Robert (Biba) is our own Coast Spa Certified Technician/Engineer.  Previously Biba serviced & repaired plant & machinery for 30 years.  He joined me at South Coast Spas in June after travelling to Coast Spas Factory, Canada to undergo their training system for hot tub engineers.

Upon his return from Canada, he commenced all our installations & he carries out our fortnightly maintenance contracts for a number of our customers who have purchased one of our spas or placed their custom orders.   Coupled with the enquiries to fix other brands Biba has completed jobs from London to Bournemouth & the surrounding area from leaks to electronic problems other companies have not resolved.

Services we offer:-

1.  Winterisation or Hot Tub Hibernation

If you prefer to close down your hot tub during the winter months we can do this for you.  This involves a visit of approx 2 hours.  Biba will first shock your system (using Bayrol product), remove filters & sanitize in Filter brite, administer hot tub flush on a 1 hour cycle to remove all biofilm, grease & fat deposits from internal pipework.  During this time external cleaning is carried out under head rests

using Bayrol products to blast through the pipework removing biofilms, fatty deposits, grease etc., this takes approx an hour for the flush to get right through the system, during this time we will have removed & began soaking your filters in FilterBrite solution & cleaning cover/cabinet etc.,  upon the solution flushing through thoroughly we will clean & rinse out as we begin the drain down, including under pillows/headrests etc.,  pumping out & vacuuming all water out from pumps & heater

• Cyclonic Filters, Locks Rings, etc.

We can get parts for the older models direct from Coast, Canada on a 48hr delivery direct to your door, all we need is the serial number of your spa & if you are still under warranty then proof of purchase if you bought your spa from a previous dealer in the UK.

With an engineer who has been trained by Coast Spas, Langley, Canada at the factory, should you need a specialist to hand, we have one, just give us a call in the first instance.

Prior to purchase should you require an electrical hook up quotation we have a fabulous Electrical contractor who installs the dedicated breakers & RCD isolator switches required by law.
