WOW.. what a great experience.
There are so many times when you have to put up with a hard sell from someone who knows little about their product and often doesn't have a great product in the first place! Not here....Kay is fantastic... she really understands the product and the market and we are now the delighted owners of a new Coast Spa Aruba. Kay was wonderful throughout, recommended an excellent electrician, liaised with our guys fitting the hardstanding and she came personally to show us how it all worked.

Words don’t really do justice to emphasise exactly how pleased I am with the purchase of my Coast Spa from you. Firstly I have to say that your extremely professional customer service skills are very refreshing to find these days in any business. All too often you end up making major purchases to end up being disappointed or let down with some aspect of the product or service. I very often find myself writing frustrated letters of complaints to these companies. It is really refreshing for me to be able to write this letter with a smile on my face after buying a fantastic product from you.
Initially when I was looking for a Spa I was looking around for the cheapest one I could find thinking that they were all basically the same. After visiting you at your show room, I suddenly realised that buying a Coast Spa was more about the “value” and “quality” of a product compared to just
buying an inferior unit from another company. I can honestly say now that I have learnt to appreciate the great “value” of buying a Coast Spa,
with great customer service built by an extremely competent manufacturer.
I have told all my friends about how pleased I am with my Coast Spa and the exemplary service that I have received from you. I am sure that in the future I will be back to buy another one from you as our needs change. I don’t think I would ever like to deal with another company now as I have been spoilt with an exceptional product and service.
Thanks once again for getting everything exactly right for me, I am really enjoying the Spa and I prefer sitting in there at the moment to driving my new Porsche Turbo. And let me tell you after owning seven of those that is quite a statement, as until owning my Coast Spa they have always been the one thing that has always put a smile on my face no matter how I was feeling.

I had considered and rejected hot tubs from a number of dealers – then I met Kay at Coast. In my job in TV I take pride in knowing everything there is to know about football – Kay does the same with hot tubs! She blew us away with her explanation of the quality of the product and what made it stand out from others in the market. She clearly loved the Niagara and by the end of the visit so did we! Installation was swift and professional and I and my whole family are loving our tub-time together!

Coast Spa Radiance Curve Lounger
I recently purchased a Radiance Curve Lounger 65 from Kay Waterman at South Coast Spas in Hampshire. This is the Fourth spa that I have purchased in my life having lived all over the world and being of the opinion that a spa bath is not a luxury but a necessity after exercise. Never have I received such prompt and efficient service.
Kay continuously updated me on expected arrival time in the UK, delivery date and what was needed before installation, she wasmeticulous and the delivery was seamless. The Radiance Curve 65 is a larger spa and we easily fit 6 to 8 people in it which is exactly what we wanted, it has lots of power jets yet with the ability to tone the power down and enjoy a bubble spa. The operation is simple ,the sound system superb.
The Spa has provided us with great enjoyment all enhanced by the hassle free process that went with ordering it.

Until this year my wife (Linda) and I had not even thought about a Spa and now we have bought two!!! We visited your site in February and met you, firstly we we overwhelmed by your knowledge of Coast Spa's and the industry you were starting out in, there was nothing you didn't know about the product you were selling. Secondly your enthusiasm in Coast Spa's quality and world leading performance, built to perform and built to last.
We knew when we left your site that if we bought a Spa it would be a Coast Spa from South Coast Spa's. We purchased our Luxury Helios from you and had it installed in early March, the install was smooth and you kept us informed all through the process. The Helios was professionally installed and handed over to us with a full clear and informative demonstration of the Spa including not only the operation but also the ongoing maintenance of the Spa.
Our only reserve at this point was were we going to use the Spa or like the Spa?! We used the Spa every day, sometimes twice a day and felt some real benefits to our quality of life. Linda travels and suffers from a stiff back so when returning from a long drive home has found huge improvement in her back after using the Spa. The evening Spa time leaves us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and we have noticed a greatly improved sleeping pattern, this is a benefit we were told about and we both now sleep better and for longer following Spa time..!
So three months in will be still be using the Spa after the 'honeymoon' Period? We are using it just as much as when we first bought it and love our time in the Spa so much we have now upgraded to a Phantom III and custom ordered one for delivery early June!!!
We love our Spa time together finding the whole experience far more engaging that being sat in front of the TV! We were so lucky to find the worlds best Spa Company for quality and performance when we met Kay at South Coast Spa's and would recommend Coast Spa's to anyone looking for a Spa experience, they cover all you requirements with their fantastic ranges.

A magnificent spa with a load of extras for a reasonable price. South Coast Spas have been exceptional in their handling of the whole purchase process from initial enquiry to delivery to rectifying a few defects. They have been pleasant in their approach, always in communication throughout.
Their knowledge of the product is second to none and would without hesitation recommend them to all my friends/customers. We are enjoying many hours lounging in our spa which has not only therapeutic properties but medicinal too as I have had 7 lower back operations and with the moveable jets I can improve my quality of life immensely.

I wanted to take a few moments to let you and future clients know that they can expect that you will "move heaven and earth" to delight the client. My wife and I decided to research buying hot tubs and after hours of internet and magazine reading decided to focus on two brands of which Coast Spas was one.
We visited you where we heard a huge amount of detail about what was important for us to make a more informed decision. We went away with a favourable impression and took time out to work through comparisons of Coast vs the other brand etc. Shortly after and around mid December we decided to go ahead with South Cost Spas and buy from UK warehouse a Luxury Vantage Curve 55 with Cinnabar/Desert slate finish. We had made our minds up to target a delivery to allow a New Years eve party which in fact came to fruition!! Given my work demands a lot of travel I was stretched to organise an electrician quote and installation yet you went above and beyond the call of duty to help secure an excellent competitive chap!!

The Family are delighted with the Product and the desert slate works very well with our Indian stone patio. Without you, we today would not be proud owners of our gorgeous hot tub............As you well know we along with a lot of other people were ripped off by a company named The Trade Price Group. From the moment we met you at the Show we felt at ease and the decision was made that if anyone is going to get my business it was going to be you. Coast Spa Journey Curve
Just to let you know I got in our spa for the first time tonight and after a crappy day at work it sure did the trick. After finally getting to see the spa in daylight for the first time it is clear to see why you chose to distribute them above all others. The build quality is great and the user friendly controls are just what we were looking for and what you promised. Kristie gave me a demo and I couldn't wait to get in the beauty. Straight upstairs, off with the work clothes and on with the bathers. That's pretty much how my evening went and that crappy day was soon forgotten, when our daughter joined us the spa turned from a tranquil refuge from the daily grind to a playground for the family, something you can't put a price on.
After all the grief and stress that TPG caused over the last 12 months this spa is just what we need and hopefully will improve Kristies health and maybe ease my insomnia, only time will tell and I will keep you updated. What I'm trying to say and not doing a very good job of is that we are truly grateful for what you have been able to do for us as an individual and as a company. Could you also pass on our praise and thanks to Don Elkington and tell him to continue with his good work providing safe, solid and dependable spas for families like ourselves.

Hi Kay, digging ourselves out of snow at the moment up here in North Wales, we were in the hot tub last night with 9 inches of snow and a bottle of champagne listening to Christmas songs, Brilliant! Emma and her boyfriend joined us and it couldn't have been more Christmassy!

As a dressage rider and having been born with a serious degenerative spinal disorder, I have been through a lot of surgery over the last 25 years. I had this stupid idea that I could still continue to train and compete my horses! Having been incredibly lucky to get through so many operations my luck ran out and my spine gave out again in 2010.
After further surgery and rehab I was advised to try a Coast Spa. I was lucky enough to be able to fly to England within 24 hours and was amazed at the first 20 mins of Hydrotherapy Massage of the Niagara. I not only tried it, I bought it, had it personally installed, tested and commissioned by Kay and South Coast Spas. Every evening I know I can enjoy the night despite my back. I can honestly say that I can now sleep at night, for the first time in 20 years and as a family we have so much fun mucking about in the water! Thank you Kay and South Coast Spas.

Walking through trade stands at the National Dressage Championships, Stoneleigh I saw the Coast Spa Niagara on display and went straight over to it! Kay's enthusiasm was evident from the start and totally infectious. I was her first sale, and installation needed craning in, nothing phased her, install team were brilliant. Follow up contact from Kay last week (Dec) to see if we were still happy and enjoying our Niagara, of course we are and it reminded us to send a message or recommendation for South Coast Spas, we have no hesitation in recommending them.
